Social work professionals are an important force in modern social management and public services，and are the main maintaining group for social and public areas.In the historical process of building a socialist harmonious society，social work must be attached great importance to the development of qualified personnel.Based on a questionnaire survey in the 73 colleges and universities，we measured the status quo of professional and high-level social work training and education conducted of various aspects.On this basis，we used SPSS software for data analysis，trying to find out an effective way that conforms to China’s social work training of high-level personnel. <<
