New generation entrepreneurs are the most dynamic force for the supply-side reform of Anhui Province，and shoulder the hope for the future economic and social development of Anhui. However，pressure for business development has become the biggest problemthat faces new generation entrepreneurs. How to build a team of new generation entrepreneurs that are patriotic and bent on building beautiful new Anhui has become a dilemma that deserves our deliberation. This research is based on a review of research results of new generation entrepreneur theories both home and abroad，and empirically analyzes the dilemmas for the growth of new generation entrepreneurs of Anhui and relevant impact factors through visits to the five cities of Xuancheng，Wuhu，Suzhou，Huainan and Luan as well as questionnaire investigation and on-the-spot inspection，with constructive suggestions offered regarding both theory and practice.
