Based on the principle of differentiation，this report chooses two counties of Lankao and Luoning as investigation objects and both of them are separately located in the east plain area and west mountain area of Henan province. This report aims to investigate the fact of energy consumption of thousands of households in rural Henan province. Based on investigation data it analyzes rural households ‘characteristics，energy consumption construction as well as biomass resource usage，etc. in Lankao and Luoning. This analysis familiarizes us with the fact of rural energy consumption and highlights the issue and challenge in terms of rural energy revolution. In line with the clean production and green consumption，we aim to accelerate electrification of energy production and consumption；to actively search the new model of using traditional energy in high-efficient and clear manner；to improve and upgrade the infrastructure construction in rural electrical network；to build rural energy usage system surrounding electricity；to achieve rural energy usage in a clean，green，safe，high-efficient way；promote the economic development from transformation of energy recourse advances in rural areas；to drive renaissance strategy in rural areas and help increase farmers’ income，agriculture production and rural society development；to provide upgrading industrial structure and economic development with supportive and powerful guarantee.
