2017年是党的十九大召开之年，也是全面实施“十三五”规划的重要一年。报告聚焦能源与环境，介绍了河南2017年全年发生的十项重大事件，包括召开2017年全省能源工作会议、电力体制改革领导小组会议等重要事件及出台《河南省“十三五”能源发展规划》《河南省“十三五”电力发展规划》《河南省“十三五”节能低碳发展规划》《兰考县农村能源革命试点建设总体方案（2017-2021）》等重要政策，对2017年全省能源发展重点热点事件进行梳理汇总。
<<2017 is the year of held the 19th session of national congress of the communist party of China，it is also an important year for implementing the “The 13th Five-Year Plan”. This article focuses on energy and environment，introduced the ten major events that took place in Henan Province throughout this year，including the convening of the province’s energy work conference in 2017，power system reform leading group meeting and other important events and introduced Henan Province “the 13th Five-Year” energy development plan，Henan Province “the 13th Five-Year” electric power development plan，Henan Province “the 13th Five-Year” energy-saving low-carbon development plan，Lankao County Rural Energy Revolution Pilot Project overall plan（2017-2021） and other important policies，summarized the key issues of energy development of Henan in 2017.
