In 2018，the development of power industry in Henan Province will be guided by the spirit of the 19 People’s Congress，focusing on solving the problem of insufficient development of power imbalance and the power supply. It is estimated that the annual electricity consumption of the whole society will be about 337 billion kWh，an increase of about 6%，and the power supply and demand will be tightened.
