Currently，social science academic journals in China are greatly challenged by digitalization. So far，national competent authorities，social science academic journals and periodicals have carried out enormous explorations in this regard and achieved great results. At the macro level，competent departments promoted and carried out the second batch of academic journal identification and approved the publication of a small number of social science academic journals. At the meso level，Chinese Society of College Journals in Humantities and Social Sciences cooperated with Chaoxing Group to promote the digitalization of social science academic journals by virtue of domain publishing. At the micro level，Sociological Studies introduced a series of authors，reviewers and editors in its 30^th anniversary，promoted their papers on WeChat and achieved good results. Wang Yulei was highly praised for forwarding papers concerning ideological courses in writing doctoral dissertations and academic writing on WeChat.
