Justice is a beacon that illuminates the development course of humans，the highest value criterion of human society and a universal value of mankind. A just society should consist of justice principles recognized by the general public，systems supporting the practice of justice，people adhering to the principle of justice and justice standards accepted by most people. Based on these，this paper summarizes justice thoughts at all times and in all countries，and explores the course，content and sphere of justice.
