华谊兄弟传媒股份有限公司成立二十四年来不断发展壮大,从主营广告业务一路扩展到主营四大业务板块:影视娱乐、品牌授权与实景娱乐、互联网娱乐以及产业投资。回顾华谊兄弟近几年的投资策略,可以总结出其对主营业务电影方面的重视,力求对标迪士尼公司;对电影人冯小刚个人IP的大力培养和长线投资;以及在“去电影单一化”大方向下向实景娱乐和互联网娱乐等其他泛娱乐领域的投资拓展。同时,公司也面临着多元化投资加剧资本风险、投资实景娱乐却缺乏优质IP、加大人才投资但后劲仍显不足等问题,本章据此提出发展建议。
<<Huayi Brothers Media Corporation has been expanding and developing for 24 years since its establishment. Its main business has expanded from advertising to four segments:film entertainment,brand licensing and live entertainment,internet entertainment and industrial investment. Recalling Huayi investment strategy in recent years,we can sum up its emphasis on the main business of the film,which aims to catch up with the Disney Company; on the film Feng Xiaogang personal IP training and long-term investment; and on the investment expansion in real entertainment and Internet entertainment and other pan-entertainment areas under the direction of “go to the film”. At the same time,the Company is also faced with the problems of exacerbating capital risk by diversified investment,lacking high-quality IP in real estate investment,and insufficient performance development stamina. This article proposes the development proposal accordingly.
