McKinsey's research has found that block chain is the core technology that is the most likely to trigger the fifth round of a subversive revolutionary tide，following steamer，power，information and Internet technology. In this context，Chancheng District of Foshan City has applied the block chain technology to combine urban construction administration and construction of the credit system and provide a sample for construction of a new intelligent city. This document will analyze in depth the district's concrete methods to build “Chancheng of Intelligence and Credit” with the block chain technology and review its experience in exploring the application of the technology to government affairs. Moreover，we will also compare its practices with domestic and foreign leading cases of block chain applications to enlighten other regions in the construction of cities of intelligence and credit.
