At the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China，it proposed to “carry forward the reform of the trial-oriented litigation system and ensure that factual evidences of the litigation cases which are investigated and reviewed can be tested by laws”. In this context，it will deliver a significant and far-reaching influence to carry forward the reform of the trial-oriented criminal procedure system. In recent years，Guiyang has upgraded working concepts and pioneered ahead of other cities. It is the first city that has introduced big data and other technologies to boost the reform of the trial-oriented criminal procedure system and explored a new way to integrate the application of modern technologies and the reform of the judicial system. This report will analyze the big data case processing system of the political and legal sectors of Guiyang City that has propelled the reform of the trial-oriented criminal procedure system，summarized the city's experience in introducing big data to carry forward the reform，and provide scientific and reasonable suggestions to address difficulties and challenges of China's reform of the judicial system.
