In recent years，Jiayuguan city conscientiously implemented the Central Committee of Party and the Provincial Party Committee to speed up the transformation of government functions and to deepen the reform of administrative examination and approval system decision-making deployment.With decentralization as the core，Jiayuguan city understood of the municipal government departments of administrative examination and approval matters comprehensively，conscientiously did a good job of administrative examination and approval matters cleaning and implementation，promoted the further reform of administrative examination and approval system and took the lead in the province to complete comprehensive law enforcement，market supervision and other areas of reform.This paper tries to study the measures and the main problems of administrative examination and approval system reform in Jiayuguan city，and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to further promote the reform of administrative examination and approval system.
