As the only one pilot city of the province's “three innings” and institutional reform，daring to be “the vanguard”and“the experimental field”，Jiayuguan city first integrated the institutions and responsibilities in the field of market supervision and management of Jiayuguan Industrial and Commercial Bureau，Supervision Bureau，the Food Drug Administration.In January 2015，Jiayuguan formed the Market Supervision and Administration，completed the task of reform which was“streamlined the organs，enriching the basic level，strengthening responsibility，enhancing efficiency”，built up the regulatory system which covered the whole process of production，circulation and consumption.After three years of practice，the Market Supervision and Administration has implemented a series of measures to achieve the “1+1+1﹥3”，which has achieved a significant effect from“the physical integration”to“the chemical fusion”.
