互联网技术推动政府职能从管理走向服务,使政民关系由“以政府为中心”向“以民众为中心”转变。政务微媒体作为政府公共关系的中介要素,发挥政民沟通的渠道作用,具体表现为信息传递、在线服务与互动参与。微信因自身平台优势,自然地成了电子政务与政府信息传播的得力工具。本研究通过对政务微信发布内容、形式等指标的量化统计,分析政务传播者的传播态度。研究得出部分传播者对于政务微媒体的重要性认识不足,这将有碍新时期政府职能的发挥,阻碍新型政民关系的构建。
<<The transformation of government functions from administration to service has been reshaped by the internet technology,which has also influenced on the government public relations turning from the “government centered” to the “people centered”. As an intermediary element between the government and the public,government micro-media should play a role of channel in information transmission,online service and interactive participation. For its own platform advantage,WeChat has become an effective tool for electronic government affairs and government broadcasting. Through the quantitative statistics of the government WeChat in the contents and forms etc.,the government communicators’ attitudes can be seen. By comparison,the study results shows that some official disseminators have little understanding on the importance of government micro-media,which will hinder the government functions and damage the relationship between the officials and the civilians in the new period.
