移动智能新媒体时代,信息的超高速生产同时伴随着大量无价值内容的泛滥,促发新媒体社会责任问题愈加凸显。本文以移动新媒体社会责任指标体系为依托,借助对湖北省微信公众号的实证考察,解析发现移动新媒体社会责任的现实困境,主要表现为信息“原创”与“深度”欠缺持续性、社会监督的多维观照不均衡、传统文化资源未能深层挖掘、“用户体验”与“互动”创新不足等几个层面。以考察发现的现实问题为依托,寻求移动新媒体社会责任的破困策略与责任提升路径,如锻造深层次内容品质、构建多样化互动体验等。
<<In the mobile and intelligent new media era,a flood of worthless information is produced accompanied by the ultra-high speed production of information,and then promote the New Media Social Responsibility issues become increasingly prominent. Based on the index system of Mobile Media Social Responsibility,this article empirically investigate on WeChat official account of Hubei province,and then found the dilemma of mobile new media social responsibility mainly in four aspects:lack of continuity in “original” and “depth” of the information,lack of innovation in “user experience” and “interactive”,and so forth. On the basis of the practical problems from the investigation,we tries to find the way to break the dilemma,such as forging deep content quality of information,building a diverse interactive experience,etc.
