With the development of Internet technology，the virtual community has become an important platform for knowledge sharing. The knowledge sharing behavior in virtual community is valued by the scholars gradually. Both Chinese and abroad researchers had done a lot of research on knowledge sharing in virtual community，and achieved fruitful results. These studies integrate different perspectives to explore the influencing factors of knowledge sharing. This paper made a systematic review of the research，including the concept，types and characteristics of virtual community，knowledge sharing behavior and the influence factors of knowledge sharing behavior in virtual communities. More attention should be paid to research contents，internal mechanism and practical applications.
