Foreign-involved fishery incidents between China and related countries have frequented in recent years and have negative impact on China’s building of 21st Maritime Silk Road. China should strengthen and improve the administrative protection mechanism on fishery right，constructively and positively apply the international law protection mechanism on fishery right as well as build and perfect the international cooperation mechanism on fishery with relevant countries. These measures mean to deal with the foreign-involved fishery incidents and to promote the building of 21st Maritime Silk Road.
