全球货物贸易增速在2016年下滑至金融危机以来的最低水平,现阶段中国-东盟经济合作也面临着动力不足的困境。货物贸易总额连续两年递减且长期失衡,东盟相对落后的基础设施水平制约了双边产业的重新布局。另外,“21世纪海上丝绸之路”的提出为中国-东盟“钻石十年”的合作提供了新的历史机遇和动力。未来21世纪海上丝绸之路的合作中应融入中国-东盟命运共同体建设,打造中国-东盟区域合作新模式,平衡双边贸易和投资活动,发挥东盟作为建设先行地区和重点地区的示范效用。
<<World merchandise trade experienced its lowest growth rate in 2016 since the financial crisis of 2008. Meanwhile,the economic cooperation between China and ASEAN is also facing a dilemma of insufficient motivation. The total volume of trade in goods within this region has declined for two consecutive years and been imbalance for several years. The relatively backward level of infrastructure in ASEAN has limited the relocation of regional industrial chain. However,the construction of 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road offers new opportunities and impetus for China-ASEAN cooperation in the following decade. Future cooperation under the frameworks of the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road should be integrated with the construction of China-ASEAN community of shared destiny. It is also essential to forge a new model of regional cooperation between China and ASEAN. Through these efforts,it’s likely to achieve a balanced bilateral trade and investment activities,and make ASEAN a positive example as a prior and vital area of construction.
