Along with the accelerating pace of urban and rural integration，more and more floating population poured into the rural homestead self-built housing，housing land since the illegal building rent problem was highlighted. There exists the homestead building rent of public management，safety，environment more order and a series of problems，a direct impact on regional harmony and stability and people’s life and property safety. In shunyi district of Beijing as the research object，through research analysis of rural housing land since the characteristics of the present situation of the housing rent，land to build the harm of illegal taxi and the causes of problems and puts forward measures and suggestions for the next step of work，so as to further promote the innovation in social governance，maintenance way and methods of the rural social stability.
