通过对北京市主城区内的街头露宿者群体的生存现状进行调查，笔者了解到这一群体在露宿成因、露宿环境、心理、社会交往等方面的情况，分析街头露宿者面临的困境与需求，提出外展社会工作介入露宿者救助与服务的尝试。
<<This article investigated the survival status of street sleepers in the main district of Beijing in order to realize the cause of their homelessness，the emotional sentiment，their living environment and social interaction. Based on the analysis of this group’s practical difficulties and demand，the report put forward some suggestions on the assistance services for the street sleepers by outreach social work.
