Under Beijing urban decentralization Project background，functional transferosomes is carried out gradually，which is significant for the whole city’s future development. Decentralization Project has too many connections with rural and urban migrant workers and their whole families which might mean social ecological systems changes with contradictory dilemma. In this research，we collected 10 rural migrant schools coping strategies，difficulties and unresolved problems by using participant observations methods，then tries to emphasize mental salvation and alternative solutions.
