Strengthening and innovating the social management service in Beijing should respond to the needs of youth groups. In this research，a questionnaire survey was conducted on the current situation of the needs of 875 adolescents and the service provision of 15 social organizations. This research also analyzed the actual needs of various youth groups and the service provision of existing youth social organizations. The comparison on the above two shows that the structure and quantity of “supply and need” can be improved，and provides a reference for working train of thought，mechanism and specific measures for effectively carrying out the youth work.
