To explore and improve the community-based governance model shared by Co-governance is a task for future community construction. How is the community service station in the community governance system and how should it be set up is an innovative work of great significance. A total of 6 service stations have been set up in five street offices in Xicheng District，which has been carried out from more than half a year to 2 years. Through a comprehensive comparison of the 6 service stations，especially through the comparative analysis of the operation of the professional social work agencies involved in the service stations and the operation modes of the street direct management service stations，analyzes two different mode of operation the similarties and differences around the professional social instutions involved in the operation of this new thing to start thinking of community service institutions.
