The application of medical wearable devices were summarized and analyzed in the report. According to different monitoring indexes，the monitoring application including principle，classification，advantages and disadvantages，development direction were emphatically analyzed. The successful cases in the chronic disease management，self health management，disease early diagnosis and risk prediction at home and abroad were introduced. In the end，the seven development trends of medical wearable devices were put forward.
