本文在医用可穿戴设备概述的基础上，从可穿戴设备专利比较的角度透视国内外可穿戴领域创新发展的情况，总结分析了专利申请排名前四位的国家（美、中、日、韩）医用可穿戴设备发展的特点，指出了我国医用可穿戴技术发展的优势与不足，分析了国家产业政策、人口健康需求、科技创新进展对我国医用可穿戴设备提供的发展机遇，指出了应用、技术、标准与安全四个层面的挑战，并从行业实践角度有针对性地提出了对策与建议。
<<After the overview of medical wearable devices and the Comparative analysis of patents，the characteristics of the medical wearable devices in the top four counties of patent ranking（The United States，China，Japan and South Korea）were analyzed and summarized in the report. The authors point out the deficiencies and advantages of medical wearable technology development in China and put forward the challenges in application，technology，safety and standards. The national industrial policy，population health needs，science and technology progress in promotion of the medical wearable devices were also analyzed. In the end，the counter measures and suggestions were put forward from the point of view of industry practice.
