The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that “people’s health is a key mark of a prosperous nation and a strong country，and put forward the implementation of healthy China strategy to perfect the national health policy and ensure the delivery of comprehensive lifecycle health services for the people.” The health industry provides qualified services and abundant products，which is the basis for the people to ensure health. The development of health industry is closely related to its policy. The health industry policy is often involved in the national sanitation and health policy，which is an important social factor that influences the health of members of society and also the key for the sound development of health industry. Governments around the world have taken their sanitation and health policy as the priority of the public health policy. The implementation of the healthy China strategy and the intensive release of the relevant policy documents for the health industry have greatly promoted its long-term development in China.
