2016年，全国5个省域文化投入总量增长超过15%，其中4个省域总量增长超过20%；5个省域文化投入人均值增长超过15%，其中3个省域人均值增长超过20%。云南、湖南、陕西、宁夏、广东处于年度总量、人均值增长前5位。各省域文化投入增长综合评价排行：无差距理想值横向测评，西藏、北京、青海、陕西、甘肃为“2016年度综合指数排名”前5位；自身基数值纵向测评，青海、湖南、陕西、重庆、四川为“2000～2016年综合指数提升”前5位；青海、西藏、陕西、海南、湖南为“2005～2016年综合指数提升”前5位；湖南、福建、贵州、湖北、青海为“2010～2016年综合指数提升”前5位；湖南、云南、广东、湖北、陕西为“2015～2016年综合指数提升”前5位。

Yunnan，Hunan，Shaanxi，Ningxia and Guangdong ranked top 5 in the total growth and the per capita value growth. The ranking of the comprehensive evaluation of the culture investment growth across the provinces is as follows：In the lateral evaluation of ideal value without urban-rural and regional gaps，Tibet，Beijing，Qinghai，Shaanxi and Gansu ranked top five in the “2016 annual composite index leaders”；In the vertical evaluation of own base value throughout the past years，Qinghai，Hunan，Shaanxi，Chongqing and Sichuan ranked top five in the “2000-2016 composite index runners-up”；Qinghai，Tibet，Shaanxi，Hainan and Hunan ranked top five in the “2005-2016 composite index runners-up”；Hunan，Fujian，Guizhou，Hubei and Qinghai ranked top five in the “2010-2016 composite index runners-up”；Hunan，Yunnan，Guangdong，Hubei and Shaanxi ranked top five in the “2015-2016 composite index runners-up”.
