Development strategy has important significance in strengthening the comprehensive competitiveness of coal enterprise. At present, the related work of development strategy in our country has obtained considerable development, but it still has some problems, such as lacking of overall planning and speciality, nonstandard planning process and poor executive ability. In view of this, the following measures should be taken to solve the above problems:employing the intelligent strategy leader; building the Strategic Management System;optimizing the management process;dealing well with relationship among the strategy, layout and planning. <<
