本次调查旨在了解教师的生活状态、工作环境、自身专业发展状况,了解教师当下对教育改革中重点问题的认知与评价,以及对学校教育改善的期待与建议。调查结果显示,教师的工作环境与生活状态并不乐观,尤其是中部地区教师;教师的职业认同感整体比较低,迫切希望提高工资待遇、削减非教学工作量、缩减班额、减少课时数,改革教师职称、绩效工资、评价、编制等管理制度。为此,建议关注中部地区的教育治理,关注乡村教师的发展,尊重教师内在的主体性,深化教师管理制度改革,完善教师的支持、服务系统,促进教师的专业发展,提高教育教学质量。
<<The survey aimed to understand the teacher's living conditions and working environment,awareness and evaluation on education problems and professional development and expectations and recommendations on the improvement of school education from the perspective of teachers.The survey results show that the working environment and living conditions of teachers are not optimistic,especially the teachers who work in the central region.Teachers generally have relatively low occupational identities,and they are eager to raise salaries,reduce non-teaching workload,reduce class size and decrease number of hours.It is necessary to respect the teacher's intrinsic subjectivity,deepen the reform of the teacher management system,improve teachers' support and service system,promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of education and teaching.
