“双一流”大幕在2016年正式拉开,随着首期“双一流”名单的公布,全国高校都加入追求一流的大潮中。本文在回顾首期“双一流”建设方案和名单的基本特点以及社会对这一重大工程的评论的基础上,提出当下“双一流”建设需要防范的几大问题:防止重科学研究而忽视本科教育;防止急于追求指标而疏于本质的建设;防止为了局部的目标而破坏教育机构的整体生态;防止过于注重可量化指标而远离对教育体系的系统革新;防止追求统一化指标而丧失办学特色。
<<With the announcement of the “World-class Universities and First-class Disciplines” list,the “Double First-class” curtain opened in 2016 and the whole country has entered the tide of pursuing first-class higher education.Based on reviewing the “Double First-class” construction plan and its basic features,several major issues that need to be prevented at present are put forward.The following aspects need to be taken precautions: emphasizing scientific research and neglecting undergraduate education;pursuing the growth of numbers instead of internal development;destruction of the overall ecology of educational institutions for local purposes;excessive focus on quantifiable indicators rather than systematic reforms on the education system;pursuit of standardized indicators and loss of school characteristics.
