Establishing the Xiongan New Area is the core measure to advance the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，which is one of the three national strategies.Due to the importance of its political status，the superiority of its development environment and the advantages of various policies，Xiongan New Area has a great potential for society，economy and industrial development.Authors made numerous visits to Xiongan New Area and put efforts into data research.Based on the planning framework of Xiongan New Area，the conceptions of industrial planning layout and the experience of foreign benchmarks，authors provide an outlook of investment opportunities of Xiongan New Area in 2018 from the aspects of high-tech industry，high-end services and infrastructure.
