The passage analyzes the data of 16 specialists in top 30 of prefecture-level hospitals. The top 30 of prefecture-level specialized hospitals come from the top 60 of the comprehensive ranking of prefecture-level hospitals，competitiveness of specialists is relatively high，but problems like the relatively low ratio of doctors and beds and the low rate of nurses and beds，the overburden of working pressure of staffs，over pressure of beds are obvious，and the services stress needs to be further relieved，while the diagnosis and treatment of disease structure needs to be optimized as well.
