The subjects in the study are hospitals in the Southwest China（ Sichuan，Guizhou，Yunnan，Chongqing ），by means of comparing the chart of four vertical and two horizontal comprehensively，and analyzing regional competitiveness，provincial competitiveness and top 30 hospitals in each province. The regional competitiveness of southwest area ranks the fifth among the seven areas，which is in the middle and lower reaches，and the distribution of the high quality medical resources in the region is relatively uneven.
