By analyzing and evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of charts in North China area from the view of provincial distribution，top hospitals distribution，the distribution balance degree of hospitals in prefecture-level cities and county-level cities，distribution of prefecture-level cities in provincial charts，the passage finds that the competitiveness of the North China area ranks the fourth among the seven areas，which is in the middle. Beijing has both the most abundant high quality medical resources and the largest number of hospitals in the top 100 hospitals. The distribution degree of the county-level hospitals in Hebei，Shandong and Neimenggu remains to be improved. In the distribution of prefecture-level cities in the provincial charts，the high quality medical resources in each province mainly concentrate on the provincial cities.
