The passage analyzed the regional balance degree of the hierarchical medical system with the support of the ranking data of Ailibi Chinese hospitals' competitiveness as well as the regional economy and population data. The analytic result indicated that there were various unbalance features in the existing Chinese medical resources，which were chiefly reflected by the unbalanced development among areas，different kinds of hospitals and hospitals of different levels in the same province，etc. The unbalanced distribution of predominant medical resources and the unbalance degree of the development of population and economy bring daunting challenge to the massive health strategy of hierarchical medical system.
