“Economic zone”，as a propeller of local economic and social development，has become a new growth point of economic development.Xi Jinping，General Secretary the CPC Central Committee，proposes in the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China that we should deepen supply-side structural reform，support the upgrading of traditional industries and accelerate the development of modern service industries.From the perspective of practice，the transformation of the economic zone promotes the upgrading of Fengxian's industry and growth of the economic growth.This chapter analyzes the three kinds of industrial land，and land use status，output，development positioning，the overall transformation situation of 17 industrial zones，then concludes the problems and challenges，to explore the path and the future development direction of zones' transformation.It is helpful to develop a new model of city fusion and promote economic upgrading.
