The development of industrial economy in Fengxian district keeps its pace with the adjustment and upgrading of Shanghai industrial structure.In the process of “Made in China 2025”and building the global influential S ＆ T innovation center in Shanghai，Fengxian gave full play to its endowment advantages and cut the backward production capacity at the same time.The adjustment path is consistent with the goal of “higher quality and lower energy”.As we can see，the industrial enterprise development quality in Fengxian improved significantly with the main profit margin rising but the energy consumption per capita output falling.However，technological innovation plays a weak role in the development of Fengxian's industrial enterprises.Meanwhile，the public service such as infrastructure，education and health care resources as well as financial power are in a relatively weak development，which leads to a limited scale of creative element agglomeration.In the future，the shortage in public service will hopefully improve，Fengxian's industry transformation is expected to boost by innovation led by high-level talents.Eventually Fengxian would become the bridgehead of the south of Shanghai，and further impact the Yangtze river delta region.
