The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization，and shows that solving the problem of agriculture，rural and rural areas is the most important work of the Communist Party of China.According to the strategic goal of “Beautiful Fengxian，Powerful Fengxian”，Fengxian District learns the spirit of the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the guiding ideology，implements the strategy of revitalizing the rural as an opportunity，promotes ecological construction as the core，reforms the land system as the starting point，and implements the agricultural policy as the direction to promote agricultural modernization and to make the agricultural economy in Fengxian District have a great progress.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects：a） the agricultural production reduced，but the quality improved；b） the urban agriculture is rapidly developing；c） the income of farmers continues growing，and the growth of the gap between urban and rural areas has slowed down；d） with the promotion of urbanization，the number of rural population is decreasing，and the structures of population and culture are more reasonable；e） the rural ecological construction is developing steadily；f） rural reform is progressing smoothly etc.
