This chapter uses the input-output model to establish analysis framework of three regional economic and environmental overflow-feedback effect, and based on this system, studied the economic and carbon emission spillover-feedback effects of regional and departmental levels in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei from 2002 to 2010.
