Recently，the rail transit industry develops rapidly so that provides and supports the city transit operation and development，especially for some mega cities like Beijing and Shanghai whose citizens have to rely on the city transit system. In the meantime，city transit system，as major part of the city transit operation and with its continuing expansion and progressing，leads a scale network effects and becomes a new research project for its operation management. This article mainly focuses on the large-scale city transit network operation management.
