Turkey is an important external factor for Central Asia.Because of the historical origin and the similarity of language and culture，Central Asia has become the spirit homeland of Turkey nationalists.Pan-Turkism has gained unprecedented vitality because of the independence of Central Asian countries.The discovery of rich oil and gas resources in the Caspian Sea further confirms Turkey's confidence of becoming the transit passage between east and west.But the ups and downs of its bilateral relations with Central Asian countries in the past more than 20 years make Turkey realize that the history does not represent the future，and the ideal should accord with the reality.National strength and diplomatic orientation must be unified.In the future，the only choice for Turkey is to maintain practical cooperation with the Central Asian countries.
