In 2017，the Central Asian countries have been committed to maintaining stability and improving people's livelihood.While the problems accumulated over the years remain to be solved，the overall situation is still steady：the economies of these countries have recovered；no big turbulence takes place in the political sphere and the presidential election is successfully held in Kyrgyzstan；the security situation is relatively stable except for the major threat from the unrest in Afghanistan；with the improvement of mutual relations between Central Asian countries，new ideas arise in the balanced diplomacy towards great powers.
