Marine scientific research and management education service in our country has entered into a steady growth stage of development.In this paper， the development of China's Marine scientific research and management education services are analyzed in detail，also the present situation and restricting factors. Then，we use the empirical model such as grey prediction model，exponential smoothing method and neural network to put forward reasonable forecast for the future.In the later development process， more attention should be payed to the development of the Marine science and technology， cultivating talents on Marine scientific research is also significant.
