Based on the GoldenBee Corporate Social Responsibility Report Assessment System 2017，this report evaluates and analyzes the CSR reports released by 82 real estate enterprises，and puts forward targeted suggestions. The research shows that the number of the CSR reports from the real estate industry has risen sharply，and private enterprises take the largest proportion of these reports. The quality of the reports was still at the developmental stage，responsibility management，feature issues，supplier information were disclosed particularly，while the disclosure of security issues，negative information，and overseas responsibility still needs to be strengthened.
