Based on the GoldenBee Corporate Social Responsibility Report Assessment System 2017，this report studies and analyzes 69 collected CSR reports which were released by construction enterprises and corresponding suggestions have been put forward on this basis. This paper shows that the whole situation of the CSR reports is in the developmental stage and short of credibility and innovation. The main characteristics of its periodic features are as follows：state-owned enterprises make a demonstration；leading enterprises’ reports are of high quality；special reports become highlights；employees are valued.
