As the six core demands of the elderly were made clear under mass data research and interviews with over a thousand old persons，we came to a conclusion to combine nursing homes inside rehabilitation hospitals to better serve the elderly from working class and suffering from chronic diseases，disability，half disability，or dementia，with caring methods and expenditures assorted by physical situation and ability of each person specifically.
