The paper analyzes the data of private specialized hospitals and the development status of private hospitals by evaluating the front page data of the case. The private specialized hospitals which reported the data are in orthopedics，gynecology and obstetrics and ophthalmological hospitals，which involve 21 specialties. The ability，efficiency and quality of medical services in the same professional hospitals were compared. The results showed that the service ability，efficiency and quality were very different in the same disease between the same specialist hospitals. For example，in the same treatment of threatened abortion，one hospital has a fatality rate of 1.32%，other hospitals have no deaths；the highest average cost of hospitalization was 15119.93￥，with a minimum of 1063.47￥. It is suggested that the private hospitals must be standardized. It is not only the way to solve the honesty problem of private hospitals，but also the guidelines for private hospitals must to follow strictly in the future development.
