In order to promote the continuous，healthy，steady development，enhance the medical service quality and overall image of private hospitals，improve the social credibility of private hospitals in our country，Chinese hospital association private hospital management branch plans to build a China private hospital quality evaluation and certification system based on large data，and to evaluate the overall strength of private hospitals objectively and impartially through data analysis. The quality of the first page of medical records will be an important part of the evaluation system. It was tested each item multi-dimensionally and thoroughly that the data of the first page of patients’ medical records of the private hospital （health and family planning statistics4-1 statements） in 2016. The results show that there are many problems，such as incomplete content，irregular filling，lack of logic，etc.，which do not meet the statistics needs. The private hospitals should adapt to the needs of the quality management of medical records under the new situation，and can improve the quality and ability of medical service through data mining. The quality of the first page of the medical records should be improved by strengthening management，so as to maximize the value of the data application in the private hospitals.
