<<Although Chinese government is trying to increase the involvement of social capitals in hospital development，but financing issue is still one of the top challenge that Chinese private hospitals are facing. Purpose of this article is to analyze financing needs，financing channels，financing cost and financing risks of Chinese private hospitals，in order to seize better financing approach for Chinese private hospitals and ultimately promote sustainable development of Chinese private healthcare sector.
