In the new medical reform，it is difficult that public hospitals have the joint-stock system gradually. How to solve the the contradictions between joint-stock system and non-profit in public hospitals as public service unit is one of core issues that we participate in the public hospital share reform. The focus of investment should be actively involved in the national transformation and reorganization hospital through capital operation in the game of property rights and capital in public hospitals. We should try to explore the innovation of hospital system reform，change the existing medical pattern，and innovate the mode of medical development.
