This report explains the necessity of developing the “Big Data Analysis System” by analyzing various difficulties and problems faced by Chinese courts in judicial enforcement，such as the contradictions between the heavy caseload and the shortage of staff and between the development of information technology and the people's understanding of it，the lack of understanding of cases of enforcement failure by parties to such cases，and the difficulties in dealing with crimes and other violations of law. It further demonstrates the feasibility of establishing the “Big Data Analysis System” on the basis of the policy requirement of developing big data and the current advantages of Wuxi City in the development of big data，points out that the operational principle of the system lies in the utilization of big data，reveals the objective law and the trend of development of big data，introduces through the demonstration of the functions of the system the achievements made by courts at two levels in Wuxi City in the enforcement work，and analyzes the existing defects and problems in this system.
